Shipping & Returns
Please contact us for a return authorization number and instructions before returning any merchandise. If you find any merchandise to be defective it should be returned within 5 DAYS of it's receipt. Please describe the defect with your return. Non-defective merchandise being returned may be assessed a re-stocking charge. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please include a copy of your receipt and the material authorization number with all returns. Unless we specify otherwise all shipments must be shipped prepaid and please remember to insure the package. You will be responsible for any losses if you forget to insure.
Please do not open until you access the damage.
1) Please make note of the damage on the delivery receipt.
2) Save all packaging material from the shipment you received.
3) Please contact us upon receipt of damaged or missing goods.
Shortages or Damage after package is OPENED:
1) Notify the carrier immediately.
2) Save all packing from the shipment.
3) Please contact us for additional instructions.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All hazardous shipments will be shipped directly from our vendors.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipments to addresses within Canada can be made through UPS or US Postal Service.
All orders shipped outside of the US & Canada must meet our international order minimum of $200.00 (not including shipping costs and additional fees.) We do not accept international credit cards for payment. International shipments are sent via UPS or US Postal Service. International freight must be paid collect, prepaid, or charge back. Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Minimum Order Total
In order to keep our prices low and our level of service high, we request that all orders placed through our website meet our minimum order of $25.00 (not including shipping charges). Orders below $25.00 can still be processed, but will be assessed a $3.00 small order fee. The fee will be added to your cart automatically.
All orders shipped outside of the US & Canada must meet our international order minimum of $200.00 (not including shipping costs and additional fees). An international documentation fee of $35.00 will be added to all orders shipped outside of the US & Canada.
